Life in SoCal...

So last weekend I ran the Disneyland half marathon. It was probably the best race I've ever ran. Disney never fails to go all out. From the burst of flames at the start to the characters, dancers, music, and running through Angels stadium....all kept me smiling even though I somehow maintained the pace I wanted.

Here's some of the pictures:

In other news, rotations are going really well. The hospital I work at is great- small but the people I work with are really nice, and I'm learning a lot (that's the most important part right?)

Living with the Tilley's is such a blessing. I can't believe how G0d has blessed me. I have a long drive, but it's perfect time to talk on the phone (don't worry, I use my headset so it's perfectly safe and legal). I'm having a hard time finding a chur-ch down here. It's hard leaving an amazing chur-ch like New Life in Turlock and moving down here to start from scratch. But I know G0d has a plan. He knows exactly what I need and I'm sure He's teaching me something through all this (like how important it is to be welcoming to someone when they come visit your church).

Lately I've been reading in Matthew and have been learning a lot and reminded of a lot. It's amazing how you can read the Bib1e multiple times and every time G0d teaches you something new or reminds you of different aspects of His love right when you need it. What an Awesome G0d we serve!
